Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If the goods exceeds the weight limit of the carrier, the goods ordered will be split into several packages and depending on the fares charged. Of this fact we will first contact, to make any changes in your order.

If you have an account with FedEx or UPS can we send the goods by the companies. Nevertheless, it is necessary that you send e-mail with your customer number that you received from the shipper.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
